Due to continued growth and increasing demand, JS-Horsetack is looking for a motivated and hands-on colleague to join our team.

We are a small, specialized company focused on designing and producing custom-made products for equestrian sports, with a focus on show jumping. Craftsmanship, quality, and passion for the sport are at the core of everything we do.

What will you do?

As a Production Assistant, you will be actively involved in the manufacturing of our custom products. Your tasks will include:

• Cutting and preparing materials

• Producing items using (industrial) sewing machines

• Assembling and finishing equestrian products

• Performing quality checks

• Preparing orders for shipment

You will learn a specialized craft that is not commonly taught.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available 12–20 hours per week (flexible)

• Has an affinity with equestrian sports

• Enjoys hands-on work and has an eye for detail

• Is motivated and eager to learn

• Preferably has experience with sewing machines

• Can communicate in Dutch, English, or German
